Approach

Coached. Not just counted.

Most PT in central London is rehearsed cardio plus circuits. That is not coaching. Coaching is watching you move, identifying what is loading wrong, correcting the mechanic, and then programming load. It is slow. It is unglamorous. And it is the reason our clients still train with us three years in.

Forge is small by design. Four coaches, capped at 110 active members. We keep a waitlist. We do not take referrals we do not have capacity for.

Principles

Three non-negotiables.

Coaches, not instructors

Every coach is CIMSPA-registered or chartered, with at least five years coaching independent clients. We do not employ fresh-certified trainers. The difference shows up in the tenth session, not the first.

Programmed, not pulled from a class plan

Every client has a written programme. We adjust it weekly. Sessions are not randomly pulled from what the coach felt like running that morning.

No commissioned sales

Coaches are salaried. No session bonuses, no PT-package commissions. If the honest answer is you need six weeks of physio before any training, that is what we will tell you. Even if it costs us the booking.

Book

Sixty minutes with a coach, not a counter.

New-member assessments are £95 and include a full movement screen, a written training plan, and a prognosis. The fee is applied against any training package you book in the following ninety days.
